RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 working days from the date you receive it. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. In case the reason for your return concerns an error of the company palmers.gr, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to complete and submit the special "return form" that you will find here. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie without violating its packaging and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting your withdrawal statement. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.

In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way their return will take place, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products. In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of the company, palmers.gr undertakes to send a courier again to the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In case the consumer wants the return of his order without the fault of the company then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself.From the moment the product leaves you, palmers.gr receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece through the General Post Office. In case you choose other transport companies, we can not provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. After receiving the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how to process it. ANALYTICAL RETURN GUIDE

For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights.
All products returned to the warehouses of palmers.gr are subject to meticulous quality control.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
 

For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an e-mail to sales@palmers.gr, or by phone to 210 3211103. This option is offered to you until we inform you about the shipment of your order. Cancellation is not possible after this time.
